THE REAL BUSH DOCTRINE

On the "Good to Evil" scale, here is the Bush scorecard as seen through foreign eyes:

GOOD: Sovereign States that possess all forms of WMD, including nuclear weapons (and incendiary firebombs) and are willing to use them on civilian populations (cities and larger) in order to shorten wars: (e.g.: the US bombing of Dresden, Berlin, Tokyo, Yokohama, Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Vietnam).

OKAY: Sovereign States that possess chemical or biological weapons of mass destruction, and are willing to use them on civilian populations (towns) in order to shorten wars (e.g.: our ally against Iran: Iraq, on Kurdish towns).

NAUGHTY: Sovereign States that possess conventional weapons and are willing to use them on civilian populations (villages) in order to shorten wars (e.g. Serbia).

BAD: Non-nation splinter groups that possess archaic World War I era weapons and are willing to use them on civilian populations (busses and trains) in order to shorten wars (e.g.: Hezbollah).

BADDER: Terrorists who possess Molotov cocktails, hand grenades, hand-held rocket launchers, and box cutters and are willing to use them on civilian populations in order to shorten regional conflicts (e.g.: al Qaeda).

Why stop here? Let's continue the logic:

EVIL: Bullies and street thugs who possess fists, hand guns and knives in order to hurt civilians and shorten domestic conflicts (e.g.: George Bush in his teenage years).

EVILER: Spankers and slappers who possess palms and belts to discipline civilian children in order to shorten bad behavior (e.g.: bad parents).

EVILIST: Stern talkers to, who utilize deep vocal tones and furrowed brows to discipline civilian children and pets in order to keep the peace (e.g.: good parents).

Is there any wonder why North Korea and Iran want nukes? Is there any wonder why terrorists want WMD? It's all mandated in our greatest export, the Bush Doctrine: You get GOOD, quick -- or we'll invade.
